Come join the fun at Toddler Explorations (parents and toddlers 12-36 months), specially designed with your child’s development in mind. This 60-minute class allows caregivers and children to have special together time while children freely explore in an engaging learning environment. We have created a unique program that combines creative arts, motor play, and interactive music. Highly trained and knowledgeable teachers enrich the experience, bringing the Smart Love approach to the classroom.

Ease the transition to preschool with Toddler Transitions (toddlers 30-36 months). Meeting twice a week, this class facilitates the separation process in a positive and gradual way. Children join Smart Love trained teachers in a stimulating, developmentally appropriate program. Parents or caregivers stay next door in our comfortable family waiting room. Should a child want the pleasure of his or her parents' company during the class, a teacher will bring the child to them in the family waiting room.

Classes are offered in our sunny and homelike infant and toddler rooms within The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool, a beautiful historic mansion at 800 W. Buena Avenue, conveniently located off Lake Shore Drive, just North of Irving Park Road. There is so much to be a part of at Smart Love as your family grows. Meet other involved and caring parents at Smart Love classes and learn more about the Smart Love point of view. When you register, you will receive the award winning Smart Love book. You will also be invited to monthly parent seminars that provide solutions and support to families raising young children.

In addition to our baby and toddler classes, we offer a well-regarded preschool and kindergarten program for children 3-6 years old.
