Come join the fun at Toddler Explorations (parents and toddlers 12-36 months), specially designed for your child’s optimal development. We have created a unique and engaging program for parents and toddlers. Our Smart Love trained teachers offer a program that integrates creative arts, spacious motor play, and interactive music.
Meeting twice a week, Toddler Transitions (toddlers 30-36 months) facilitates the separation process in a positive and gradual way and helps children feel more at ease with the transition to preschool. Parent or caregiver stays next door in our comfortable family waiting room. Should a child want the pleasure of their parents company during the class, a teacher will bring the child to them in the family waiting room.
Mom and Baby Group (6 weeks to 11 months). Meet other moms while learning about your baby’s development. Bring your questions on baby’s sleep, cries, feeding, development, behavior, and emotions. Our Smart Love-trained group leader who is also a parent helps you understand your baby by seeing the world through your baby’s eyes at each stage of development.
Meet like-minded parents in your community at Smart Love classes. Receive the award winning Smart Love book when you register. There is so much to be a part of at Smart Love as your family grows. We offer a well-regarded preschool program for children 3-5 years old and monthly parent seminars that provide solutions and support to families raising young children.
Morning classes are offered in our infant and toddler rooms within The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool, a historic mansion at 800 W. Buena Avenue, conveniently located off Lake Shore Drive, just North of Irving Park Road.
